I was running 8 front and 6/7 rear. I just installed the SS kit in the front and should be installing the rears this coming week, so hopefully i'll be able to ride 2-3 #'s higher.
when i had the air susp and datasystems controller i basically rode around on 8 mostly and 9 when going under 30 mph for show and what not then i put on the ss kit and rode around on 7 daily and 9 for show still (under 30 mph). then my air susp went out and i converted to coilovers, now i ride around daily with an equivalent setting of about .5 inch - 1 inch higher than L
BTW i was on 19's which were a total of like 1.2" smaller than stock so this may account for my wanting to ride lower to fill up the wheel well or tuck as much as possible,, if i was on 20's i would prolly have ridden around on a softer higher setting for daily use...
30 minutes max...super easy install for the fronts. I think a few members here have made their own lowering blocks just for the fronts. I'll dig around for a few screen names and shoot them your way.
Got some noise in the front...I think it may be the dust shield making contact with something. Will have to get the car up on a lift and trim them if that's the case.

mine was also, and then magically stopped, it was pretty annoying so i hope it stays stopped.
