In a nut shell:
Coilover is your cheapest option, but it comes with aftermarket hassles.
OEM shocks and springs have the least hassle, but more expensive then TEIN coilover, probably run you $2000~$2500, just for parts.
Then obviously getting some brand new air struts from Lexus is the last option, prepare to bent over

lpcstudent, first, welcome to CL.
I think a lot of the questions you may have have already been covered by threads that BNR34 initiated regarding not only the issues experienced with the oem air suspension, but also covering options otherwise. I suggest you search the forum for related threads. Lots of information to be had.

thansk for reply's car has 80k miles was inspected at lexus and was told all four need replacement im 2nd owner out of warranty of course i was quoted about 6k total for all four. i am looking for a replacement i was told to buy regular shocks and spring and disable the air suspension but this defeats the purpose and the annoying light will come on the odometer. just wondering what is the cheapest way to go about this and if anyone knows where i can purchase them as im knew on the board.

The price range that I have seen from folks on this forum ranged from $850-$1200 (just for the air shock, not including labor for install). Maybe one of these two threads that I quickly did a search on will have the information on suppliers for the better prices.
There was also a thread that I believe BNR34 posted that talked about a company that refurbishes OEM air shocks for different car manufacturers, but the LS430 is not yet supported (the LS400 is though).
Here it is:

then also check out these for some good info...
