Howdy all. I wondered which LS packages included the dual-pane glass in the windows. I may look for them on my next LS. Figure dual-pane might help in a freeway shooting, which we get a number of out here in Kellifonia, as our governor pronounces it. Thanks for any help.

Hey its double pane, not bulletproof but definitely helps with keeping exterior noise down, maybe you won't hear the gunshots now.

You need to find yourself a 540 or 740 BMW w/ the Protection Package. Bulletproof throughout and also can handle 2 grenades, just in case you get into the wrong neighborhood

I used to own a bullet-proof Volkswagon Rabbit. It was a gas guzzler and drove like a tank, literally. Probably weighed 50 to 75% more than a standard model.

It was funny as hell, when people realized it was armored. Of course, I was driving it in Bosnia during the war.

Believe me, you don't want an armored vehicle unless you have specific reason to think you personally will be targeted.
