2005 LS430 All-Weather Mats
I just bought a CPO 2005 LS430 (Black on Black). The salesman said he'd throw in a set of Lexus All-Weather Floor Mats. When we walked over to the service building, the parts guys said there were NO all-weather mats for '05 LS430s. I got a set of new Lexus "carpet mats" instead of the rubber variety.
I see all-weather mats on the web called "Lexus LS430 OEM mats, fits 2001-2006" from Lexus Parts World and Factory Lexus Parts. Are these cut to fit like the Lexus AWMs I've had for other cars from the dealer?
PS: Anybody want to buy a set of LS430 carpet mats still sealed in the bag?

They have Lexus oem mats on displey at my local dealer
When my dad had an LS he went down there and bought some - choice was beige or black.
Come to think of it, I need some black ones.

A-W Mats found! Carpet-mats gone.
Well, I found Sewell's ad on ebay and by looking at several of their auctions found the part numbers for Lexus all-weather mats. I called my dealer's parts and the guy on duty looked and found a set. He marked them "Hold" for me.
When I went to pick them up the next day, the guys on duty argued that there were no such mats for LS430s.
Finally, I had them look up Sewell's web auction and get the part numbers. They were dumbfounded. At last, they started searching and found the mats with "Hold" written on the pack. The manager said no such listing appeared in their lists of available parts, but the part number was real and active. I gave them the carpet-mats still in the plastic and took the all-weather mats in a straight swap.

Well at least they accepted defeat and took care of things.
Sewell has been excellent to deal with since I picked up my 06' LS430 last spring. I will say this though, they do get more Japanese only type marketed accessories than any other dealer I have run into. I wanted a jacket hangar for the back of the seat for my suit jacket. My dealer and JM Lexus in Lauderdale said it did not exist. Sewell had the part number and the part in stock. It came in a Japanese text box and instruction sheet.
Sewell is a step above the rest, and Darrell Diller at the parts counter is a pleasure to deal with.
A true example of how customer service should be handled.
