Yes, I believe it is. You can check in Lexus website to confirm regarding standard and option items.

yes.... on '04+.

Heated /cooled seats became standard in late '03 production of '03 models. A definite standard on '04. FYI, smart key is the one to watch for...it was not standard on the '04 until mid production...If you are buying an '04, be sure to get the smart-key; it's a pretty cool feature.

Is there any way to tell if a car has smart key by looking at it?

For example, the little buttons on the handles???

Yep the buttons and the **** looking ignition switch. It looks like the old style oven ***** with a slot in it, that's what mine looks like.
