no, the facelifted LED type on the current LS is narrower on the decklid, you most likely will have to transplant the decklid, the lamps on the quarter panels should be the same

I have both sets of tailights and the trunk lid in black. Everything is in perfect condition, came from a 2004 LS430 Ultra that was hit in the front. I thought about doing the conversion but now I must sell the car so if anyone is interested, please send me a "PM" Message
