Can LS430 play DVD (in parked)?
I was wondering whether LS430 can play DVD (when parked) as the 06 GS?

i don't think so, at least not on the 04 and 05 as far as i know

I don't think so, especially as it'd be a hassle to go to the trunk and take out the NAVI DVD from under its carpeted casing.

nah, that's the navi unit. in the 3gs, the whole 6 disc changer is dvd ready, so you put your dvd movie in it
and since the ls430 only has 6 disc cd changer right now, that's also how i believe it doesn't play dvd

hook it up with a DVD player and connect it to the NAv screen, you will be able to watch movie while driving!! Any audio store can do it nowadays....
