Wald supercharger

I was just curious, is the Wald supercharger kit for the 04-on LS430 smog legal? I was curious how new LS owners could go about this project. Same question would apply for the Toms supercharger kit that Carson sells..

And ideas?

Oh yea.. I want to know out of curiousity if its smog legal.. But no one seems to know ..
