1st gen grille
My 91 LS grille is fading and is like a light grey color instead of black.. I wasted my money on Mothers back to black and its not really working.. Could I just get some spray paint to make it black? or do i have to get it professionaly powder coated black?
any suggestions? because I really dont want to spend more than 50 bucks on my grill

Paint it but don't use gloss paint. Use a primer black for a first coat, then lightly with a light satin black or dark charcoal. My grill turned putrid grey too and I hated it.

i think I'll take it to a paint shop and see if they can do a quick powder coating on it.. I'm sure they have chemicals and what not that would insure a good job
