Will the SRT intake and race ECU for a GS430 work on an LS430?
Do any of you guys have any experiance with this issue? I want to get the SRT intake and ecu for my LS430 but, I don't want to screw anything up or void the warranty. Thanks in advance guys.

A couple of people have installed the SRT CAI and ECU on LS400s. It requires modification to the piping but the ECU works properly. I "THINK" that the GS430 and the LS430 share the same exact engine (just like the GS400 and LS400, 1998-2000) but I am not certain. So, I would believe it would work. SRT may be able to answer this question.
However, in answer to your second question. Modifying the ECU would DEFINITELY void your warranty IF you EVER had a problem... which is not likely but always a possibility. Something to consider and the main reason I haven't done this mod myself... Although I do plan to do it sometime in the next year.

Ok, the question for SRT is will the ECU mod work on the LS430. The plumbing must be modified to work as the car is not the same underhood as an GS430. Although not the same application here is a friend of mines SRT application on a 1998 SC400, this required plumbing changes but the ECU from the GS400 worked fine.
