I am seriously considering installing an Amsoil Dual Remote Filtration system on my 2000 LS400. Given the money I paid for this car, I plan to be driving this car atleast for 250k miles. This oil filtration system should help me accomplish this end. Has anyone installed one in an LS400?

There is nothing wrong with the factory filter and routine oil changes. Use a synthetic oil like Mobil 1, use the the factory filter, and forget about it.
Filters remove particulates. Amsoil claims their filters remove more, which I find difficult to believe. And to be kind, I find Amsoil distributors to be a bit "zealous" in their claims. In addition the extra plumbing required to install the remote filters adds more failure points and lower reliability.
These engines achieve huge mileages and service lives just the way Lexus built them. Trust in that.
