Hi Guys

Does anyone know if why JDM UCF10 LS400 headlamps hous lo/hi beam under the one lens whereas the Euro and Australian Spec models have a separate high beam/driving lens?

I noticed that too in some of my VIP mags. The JDM UCF10/11 has one piece headlamps.

He's talking about the one piece headlights/fogs that the Celsiors have. Not sure what he means by seperate high/low beams cuz OEM ones are both in 1 bulb/headlight. I think he's mistaken the fog for the high beam?

My Celsior - 96 - UCF 21 - - has one piece headlights with 1 H4 bulb ( hi & low beam) plus a HB3 (hi beam assist ) and a HB4 (fog) - interestingly the fog lamp on my units are outboard of the headlamp which I believe is different from the LS 400 in the states....

I currently am running 85/65 watt H4s and 100 watt HB3s - makes for a LOT of light on high beam....

HB4 & HB3 are equivalent to 9005 & 9006 I think.....

Sweet...I never knew 2nd gens had a fog light in the headlight assembly as well as a high beam assist...imagine the possibilities if you could replace all of them with HIDs.

'89-94 Celsiors have one piece headlights in Japan. Fog and the main headlight are not separated. They are pain in the *** to import and they are also fairly expensive even at Japanese junkyards.
