Default Injen Intake Pics

The pics are a little blurry and the engine is dirty as hell but you get the idea. It sounds absolutely awesome and I feel more torque on high end. I find myself going WOT very often now just to hear the sound. Install took 30 minutes.

The heat shield should be facing the other way...The way you have it now would make more hot air go into the intake, which is no good...I got the same intake and it made my engine bay look 100times better...Where did you get yours at? I got mine at Adventon.com.. looks great...The instruction they gave me were not the greatest...

lol, yeah, I was already told to turn that thing around by Dave (lextreeme)...just tells how much I know about those things I also got mine from Adventon and the instructions were hideous. I looked at them once put them on the bottom of the box and never touched them again

I am not even sure why I wasted $ on one of these though, supercharging soon.

i have the same intake and i love it too. i actually had to enlarge the holes on the mounting plate so that i could mount the mass air sensor. i have my heat sheild mounted the same way Retro does because the air duct is right there but i thought the hot air would be an issue too. i got mine from 6deep.

hey Retro, who are you going with for the supercharger and how much????

I have read your thread before buying the intake. I had to enlarge the holes also but it was easy. There is a guy in LA who is going to do the SC for my car. What I am trying to decide right now is whether I should drop a new engine with lower compression in first. I can not talk about prices yet.

Anyone want to loan me one for a pretty much stock LS engine wise?

After the K&N fiasco I really want to see what a 'true' intake does.

90 LS = 91 LS
The intake is made for 92 and up. My car is 91. The answer is yes.

Nice mod. I am thinking about purchasing one from adventon.com, did you have to pay sales tax?

Thanks
