Default 99 LS Inner tie rod tool - 32.5mm ?

Can anyone tell me what the correct factory inner tie rod crowfoot (or adapter ) size is? I have Deeza replacement rods which measure 32.5mm but I don't want to assume they are EXACTLY the same as Lexus parts in that regard.

I can't measure the rods on the car without tearing off the rack boots and I don't want to tear off the rack boots until I have the correct tool.

Thanks!

OK a little more research tells me it may be a 1 1/4".

Snap On sells a Master Inner tie rod tool which includes both the 32.5mm and a 1 1/4"

Can anyone verify this please???

1.25 inches = 31.75 mm, so you're talking a difference of 0.75 mm between this and the 32.5mm. Pretty close. I expect the 32.5mm would work on the 1.25" just fine. These are not big sizes because the torque is big, so a near fit should be fine.

Also, I don't know if you plan to do inner tie rod jobs for a living, but I would not spend the $$ on Snap-On tools for something I'm likely to do a few times.

Pep Boys, O'Reilly's, etc. rent (for free) those tools. And by the way, they have different brands. I used the Pep Boys one to do the removal (on a different car) and then found that my non-OEM replacement part needed a slightly larger wrench, so I went to O'Reilly's for that one.

You Can use a monkey/plumber wrench. Don't need a tie rod crow foot.
