Unhappy 1994 lexus LS400

Why is it when i drive the car normal an when i put my foot on the brakes the right brakes makes a feed back like a hammer hitting i just change all brake pads and drums it sounds like a bad bushing i'm confuse help please?

right brakes? passenger side only you mean? that side is where your brake pad sensors are, front and back pass side only. any light on the dash indicating a bad pad/broken sensor? it looks like this (O) .

so you replaced the drum shoes as well as all four pads?
did you bed and break them in properly?
what kind of pads are you using?
resurfaced rotors?

by hammer you mean a clunk or pound sound? the strut rod bushings are a very common wear.

Pull the fuse for the ABS and see if it still does it.

How hard are you applying brake pedal pressure? Are you pushing it to the floor with each stop? If so the ABS will be activated. After installing the new parts, was the system bled? As timmy mentions about the bushings, this may also cause some pedal feedback pulsations. This happens with rotor runout but when the bushings are well worn, it feels amplified.

Check also that the lugs are properly torqued. Nothing like finding one is at 120ftlbs and the others are in the 60's. Especially bad when bedding new pads in.

Cool Bushing

I found out its the bushing on the right knuckle assembly is bad not sure how to fix that without replacing the whole thing?
