Had my ls 400 for 10yrs now gave it to my daughters mother 198,000 on the odomter all of sudden car starts running terrible gutted cats replaced distributor still nothing. Got on this sight found the notorious bad capacitors thread pulled the computer ordered the CORRECT capacitors off of ebay 16.99 and bam problem solved car runs great thanks. By the way I drive the ls 430 I would never be without a LEXUS :

Theres so much knowledge on ClubLexus. Especially for the older cars like the LS400 and SC's and first gen GS's!
