Default 96 LS400 - Conversion from Air Sus to Spring

Members,
96 LS400 with stock Air suspension.
It is with much dismay that I have to convert to normal spring suspension as firstly my left rear shock started leaking, and now the front rear seems like it is also damaged.
I would appreciate any advice on conversions from air suspension to spring.
1) which conversion kit has the most affordability for quality - part number / ebay link would be helpful
2) Is it simple 'unplug' and play - i.e do i simply disconnect the sensors, remove the air struts and install the spring struts ?

sorry to hear about this, but it's very common to convert to conventional suspension. bc it's common, a lot of your questions have been covered here already so please search the multiple shock/spring threads. most go with full coilovers off the bat for full adjustability, but you can opt for OEM or lowering springs to go with the shocks of your choice.

here is a thread on how to remove your stock air suspension. it's is technically an unplug and play ordeal with some nuances. the thread is for a UCF10 but should work for your UCF20 similarly. just remove the stock air stuff and replace with conventional.

Exclamation Air struts taking up space

1996 LS400- UCF21

Since the Air suspension compressor in my UCF21 got burnt, I decided to convert to conventional spring suspension.

At first, the car seemed extremely tall when I now installed the springs, but overnight she slowly sat into place.

I now have 3 perfectly working; Front LH & RH, Rear RH Air suspension struts with actuators at the top of each. just taking up space in my garage.

Craigslist - that's how I sold mine, though all 4 were in working order.
