The pcv line was full of gunk and when I pulled it off it snapped because it was hard as a rock. I just bought some hose at autozone to cut and put on there and it worked. I will try the seafoam before I do the valve seals if it comes to that. I'm starting to think all that smoke is because the car is dumping way too much fuel like an injector is stuck open or something. This is kicking my ***. I guess tomorrow I'll unplug each one, one at a time on that side to see if the smoke goes away. Does that smoke look the color of oil at all? It smells really strong of gas only that hasn't been burnt.

I know fuel burns black but it's not burning it.

There was no sign of fluid in the vacuum line feeding the brake booster.

I think I found the problem!!! I'm almost 100% sure this is it. I opened the ecu this morning and found this fried capacitor. Now I gotta figure out what the part number is so I can solder an new one in. Worst case scenario is I have to find a used ecu at a junkyard. then timing belt and spark plugs and wires and It's ready to go!

Seafoam and oil change too. I bet a lot of that gas leaked down into the oil.

It's not a good idea. Simply replace capacitors if traces are not badly damaged.

No part number Lexus will not sell one with out the ecu. You look at it and read the value off of it. Read the ecu should be sticky, to see where to buy them at. I need to do the same soon.

Yeah if the tracers are bad the only other thing I know to do is get another ecu and replace all the capacitors in that one even if they don't look bad.

Yamae, thanks for all your contributions on this subject! I'm so glad I found this problem in only 6 days and all the correct capacitors are in the mail already. I couldn't have figured all this out on my own.

I soldered in the capacitors yesterday and the car is fixed! I drove around for about 30 miles last night and it ran really good. The car started right up and had to burn all that crap out of the exhaust but it cleared right up after an oil change and a drive around the block a few times. I just replaced those two caps for now. I spent hrs yesterday doing that and taking my time to get it right. I couldn't get all that gunk off the tracers and was worried about damaging them. Thanks for all the help everyone!
