Default Power steering pump noise

I removed my power steering air control valve (it was leaking) and replaced it with a drian plug (M14x1.5 from Napa for $1.50).

Now when I start the car, I can hear a power steering pump whining for just a quick second and goes away. Steering is smooth with no issues.

I've bled the air out by turning the wheel lock to lock with the reservoir lid off. I used AT fluid Dexron-III.

Is these still air in the system or is there something wrong with my pump?

Never made this noise before removing the air control valve. Please advise. Thank you.

Maybe a little air. Drive normally for a couple of days. Hopefully it goes away.
