That bundle of wires connected to nothing should be the factory pre-wiring for the Lexus cell phone, which is present in all (or at least some) cars, cell phone or not

I guess my big question to all this confusion is whats the point of the little black box over my head in drivers seat? was it installed to be able to use bluetooth? or was it installed because of the phone that used to be in the arm rest? If that is so, I will just remove the microphone cause I don't like it there haha (even though I can't even notice it)
I doubt there's any use for it since it looks like it was running off of old mobile technology which the original car phone used. Just disconnect and remove it.
