Hi Guys i have 1995 ls400 and trying to find the knock sensor wire located in the ECU and this pic show a Black and white wire next to each other so i don't know if these are the one's.

These are from a JDM manual but a USM should be the same as far as I know. Pin7 and Pin11 / connector B are them.

What do you mean by bypass?
Do you mean to disconnect the line or to connect the line to the ground aiming no signal from the sensor?

engine light on and p0325 show up just going to bypass it and used the other sensor just to pass emission. I seen see guys did it with rx300 models.

Yamae thanks for the infor about the ECU it pass the emssion and engine light is gone.

It does. What you need to do is expose the wires of Knock Sensor 2 ( I think P0330 ) , and splice the wires coming from Knock Sensor 1 to "fool" the engine into believing it's getting values from Knock Sensor 1 while it's actually just getting the same info as Knock Sensor 2.

I took the more expensive route and had the knock-sensor replaced, what a pain in the butt!!! 500+$ of parts and labor.

I understand needing to pass inspection, but aren't you risking more expensive damage by bypassing that sensor?

I haven't come across any people running into "more expensive" damage on their LS400's this way. If you wish to fix it, remove the throttle body and if you have the right tools, you can see both knock-sensors under the Intake Manifold. The process to reach them is the same as the Starter. Spare a day and 40$ from Junkyard if you're lucky.
