Thank you and appreciate your input. I think the US version of the part i need is 72803-50130 which doesn't contain the opening for the control instrument. It looks like this

yes, all the US models have only the cup holders in the rear armrest... never seen one like yours.. good luck..

This is very similar to the armrest in LS430 UL cars.
