Default Leaking Antifreeze?

There is something leaking at the center of pic1 which I am not sure what it is. It may be the coolant leak and dried up, leaving white stain.

It could be leaking from this in pic2. What is this and is there a coolant going through this?

Check the color of the coolant in the bottle. The recommended red Toyota coolant is what I use, the leaks I have are around the coolant bottle. There is still old coolant in my system. When it dries it looks pinkish color. What is the color of the fluid inside the bottle, see if there's any dried up around the bottle with the same color your seeing.
