91 ls400 power steering and locks
Ok so im new to the lexus game.I need to replace my power steering pump and i already bought a new one.Do i need any speacial tools for this job?...
Now about the locks my door wont unlock with the key.I can lock it for the inside but not for the outside?help please im a noob to this stuff.And also some times when i put the key in the ignition it wont turn untill it feels like turning...

As for the key,sounds like it is either very worn or the wrong one,do you have a spare to try?
