Default 93 ls400 rpm issues

ok guys my car is acting up when i drive my lexus it doesnt seem to have any power when I step on the gas my car struggles to get over 2 rpms when i step on the gas once it gets to to about 2 rpms my car starts to jerk and its hard for me to pick up speed without a struggle i thought it might be the spark plugs after changing those it seemed better for like a day then seemed to get worse. A friend suggested i might need a new fuel pump, do you guys have any suggestions

Need to know the maintenance history. Is it the check engine light coming on? If so, then the ecu probably is storing codes. These codes help out alot with diagnostics.

I'v never had a problem like that on my 94 ls but on my 99 ls that happened to me and turned out it was the throttle body but like cobalt91 said you need to get the codes before you start replacing things

I don't think the O2 sensor would cause that kind of issue but since that's the code that came up I would change it out and go from there. How long have you been having this problem?
