Default new motor
hello,i have a question about the engine i bought for my 1996 lexus ls 400.I found the engine ID,how can i find if it is a 260 hp or a 290 hp? It would be a big help. thanks

only '98-00 1UZ-fe have that rating, it'll be completely different to look at from your earlier moor, and won't drop in as the wiring is completely different.

Please search.

Yeah the throttle body is in the front of the 98-00 and on the passenger of your original motor.
