My crank had a lot of oil around it also but that was from leaking seals. Didn't affect performance that I know though. Glad you got it worked out.

NEVERMIND!

drove the car home it was fine.. sat for a couple hours. now won't start.

better believe this is going back to the shop and their paying for it. lol
