Default What is missing here?

I recently picked up a 95 LS. The previous owner lost the master key and the trunk was locked. When I got the new master I was a little disappointed that the only things in the trunk were a broken umbrella and a gym bag full of dirty laundry.
However I noticed that there was an empty space that looks like it should hold something. Is there something missing?
BTW, there is still a brand new in the plastic unused black Lexus hand towel in there. I guess thats for wiping your hands after changing the flat.

I was recently wondering the same thing when I was straightening up my trunk.

Thanks for the answer. Would like to see the Lexus tire stopper. It looks pretty small.

A "tire stopper"? Is that basically a wheel chock?

That's probably true and that's what I thought when I was looking at that space but I never saw one shaped like it.
