Default 1999 LS400 leather seat

I found a wrecked low mileage LS400 and the driver seat is in a lot better shape than mine. The only thing, the seats are not heated and I would really like to keep heated seat feature, since I live in Colorado Rockies.
How difficult is it to take the leather skin off that wrecked car? It is a job for a pro? Is it worth it at all or shall I just abandon that idea?
Thank you guys!

doable, just need some hog-ring pliers.

Make sure battery's disconnected, airbag in the left side.

PD, would you get an upholstery pro to take it off? I would get one to install for sure.
