airbag not working?

airbag not working?
so i recently uninstalled a Nrg quick release setup
but now i installed oem wheel on
problem is:
cruise control, horn, and air bags isnt working
only thing i can think of is the srs module needs to be original/ same year OR the ground fron the cruise control
but i grounded it to bare metal.
1990 ls400
i had bought a srs air bag module from another junk'd ls400 90-94 wheel not sure which year but still doesnt work. tips?
