Rear autoshade retrofit

I tried to search this but no luck. Anyone see a 1996-2000 ls400 with a rear autoshade retrofit from a late model lexus (IS350/ ES350)? I'm considering doing this to my 97 LS.

i would think the system out of the LS430 could be retrofitted fairly easily but it would have to be 100% manual control and would take some fab work...

I'd like one but don't think it's worth it to me at this point!
