MrSypher, finally did what u suggested, hence the deletion of my post....they said they had a problem with their key machine, so i mailed them back to them, and they just returned them to me...it looks close to the original but not quite...will let u all know how it turns out

I had good luck with them
I ordered a key from them a few months ago, got keys in a few days, it worked fine. Darrell is a member on the forum here (Lexus-Parts I think) . PM him if you are a still getting the runaround. I am sure it was just a mistake on their part. Doesn't make you any less frustated though. Sounds like they should have communicated better. Please let us know how it works out.

wellll....the re-cut keys still dont work...they work in the doors but wont turn in the ignition....Daryl said they are having key machine problems...i'll have to have yet another set cut, this time with new blanks, to see if they can get it right....been over a month and a half long odyssey so far.....
