afaik it isn't available by itself, whole arm only if you want OEM.

I was quoted $785 for one driver side upper control arm from the dealer. I found the same aftermarket part at discountbodyparts.com for $65 that included the ball joint. Passenger side is $49!

I'm living outside the USA most of the suppliers do not ship these items outside US

Which country are you in? Most countries have some toyota/lexus part importers.
