ever so slight improvement over good stocks, massive improvement in felt "tightness" over worn stocks.
buy energy susp. universal ones that are the right size and have grease fittings. previous threads on this, search and read the FAQ.

Aren't they the same size? I just punched in the part number for the front and rear sway bars into a Lexus parts catalog and it says they use the same part number from 95-00, unless I am mistaken?

correct, 95-00 have the same sway bar sizing.
tightness will increase ever so slightly, just make sure you lube them properly or they will SQUEAK! also check your end links as well.

actually no, they are a bit different on usdm cars.
'98-00: 48812-50100
'95-97: 48812-50080
Fronts:
'98-00: 48811-50080
'95-97: 48811-50050 (non a/s)
'98-00 in my experience are a bit thicker.
