Easy job to change just the bearings. Easy taps as long as you have suitable sized sockets or something similar on both sides of pulley.

This info was spot on brother!! I bought a new belt, put it on and the next day it snapped! The tension pulley locked up. I went to AutoZone and bought the Duralast idler pulley part#231055 for $27 and the Gates serpentine belt #
K060895 for $26. I replaced the original pulley in about 5 min. The two M10 washers worked perfectly. The pulley turned smoothly. I put on the belt in about 10 min. When I cranked up my SC400,it was smooth like a sewing machine. I'm very appreciative of the detail and pictures for this job. It's saved me over $300 by doing it myself. Thank you so much

An update: About 30K miles, and 4 years later.
1. The Tensioner pulley is still good. (Auto Part Dayco 89055).
2. The bearing of the idler pulley (Amazon Haydon 5021 ) was bad, replaced the the pulley with Nachi 6301 pulley.
