the wrench LScowboy lsited is nice, but if you want something thats faily accurate and cheap (i mean 12$ cheap) go to harbour freight and get their 1/4" inch pound torque wrench. its decent, i forget the precision but its less than 10% error i believe.

and I sure wouldn't pay international shipping rates for that junky wrench, my hand is more accurate
