the large fill bolt facing downward towards the ground right behind the thermostat area - run the heater on high and squeeze the hoses after you crank it and keep adding fluid as air comes out

you did remember to clock the thermostat jiggler hole to 12 o'clock, right?

Alright got it all fluid filled up and turn it over and yes everything is running good! Bleed the air out in both power steering and coolant and now it's back up and running! Much appreciate all those who have gave inputs!! I finally get to drive my 98 again!

keep a watch on PS fluid level and coolant level, as both will likely continue to bleed air in the coming day or three
