Default For those with 18s, which offset would you choose?

Got a chance to get some wheels relipped and not sure which offsets to go with. Went through the wheel thread and found some that I like but just wanting a little input as to which ones would work. Basically I don't want to drop all this money and be stuck with wheels that are too much trouble to get on. I'm ok with rolling/shaving and if need be slight pulling and the plan is to run some stiff coilovers (16/14). Definitely going with a 40 series tire most likely 225 front 245 rear

Here are my choices:
  • 18x9 +20 2.5" lip
  • 18x9.5 +13 3" lip
  • 18x10 +7 3.5" lip
  • 18x10.5 +0 4" lip

My first thoughts are to go with 9.5 front and 10.5 rear, but after seeing some aggressive 18s I was thinking maybe I could get 10 up front.

Here are my inspirations with their respective offsets:

HG50VIP
18x9.5 +10, 18x10.5 +5

93socal2jz
18x10 18x11 +9

Jin3198
18x10 -14 fronts(originally +6, but had to run 20mm spacer to clear the brakes)
18x11 +1 rears

Thanks for any input y'all can share!

you haven't mentioned the amount of fender work you plan to do. All those cars have thoroughly worked over front fenders.

You're correct I know I'll need fender work I guess its just a question of "how much" which I'll admit is a pretty loose term. Like I said I'm fine with rolling/shaving and pulling slightly if need be. I'm a big fan of the way Jin3198's car looks and it seems he had to go so extreme with his fronts b/c of the spacer needed which hopefully I won't run into.
