I saw this today on the way in to work. It almost looks factory. I've never seen one before, and the car doesn't look to modded in any other way, except the wing. It was some old man driving it (no offense)

Anybody see this before? Is it aftermarket? This combined with a euro lip could look pretty sweet. It would add just a small amount of flare to the car if slammed.
