does a 92ls400 have a cabin filter?
does a 1992 ls400 have a cabin filter? on some parts sites i see cabin filter for 92 ls 400 then i go to my alldata site and it states 1992 doesn't have a cabin filter. anyone please. thanks for the help.

On my 1990 LS when I took out the glove box, to access the ECU, I saw a little foam-like or spongy thing in the back where the HVAC goes, so it is some kind of a "filter" just not sure how to change it or with what...
But if you are asking because you are getting bad smell from engine compartment in the cabin, then I suggest you check the rubber seal that goes just below your windshield wipers - mine constantly keeps falling out and than the smell comes in (not terrible, just enough to annoy me). Gotta get that thing in place.
