LS430 brakes on a 1996 LS400???
Hello everyone,
I was wondering if any of you LS400 owners have tried to put the larger LS430 brakes on your LS400? On top of being bigger and better calipers, they also look better. Just curious if this has been tried with any success???

I know its common for newer brakes to interchange between some of the newer and older Toyota 4x4s, and usually the only issue they run into is fitment of the wheels... Not sure about these though...

One member did a LS430 caliper swap on his 2-GS. LS430 calipers have a different attachment point and he had custom brackets made. The flat face side looks good but as far as the differences from one 4-pot to 4-pot, the exercise wouldn't be efficient. Which is why the 95-00 LS400 4 pot calipers are used more frequently among the 1-SC, 2-GS and 1-LS.
