Any guys here try to enlarge your fuel injector by drilling it? I have a set of 330cc and a set of 440cc. I am thinking about drilling the 330cc injectors to a slightly larger hole. What do u think?

I would pass on drilling the injectors. Source some higher rate injectors instead. I very much doubt you could create a controllable injector with a good spray pattern by drilling it out.

I wonder if injectory used in American engines could be fit to these Japanese applications. Ford high flow units are very good, cheap and BIG!

I am not sure about Ford Fuel Injector would fit or not. I guess i can find out. I have a FORD at home. I got some used (OEM) 440cc injectors that will fit perfectly. I took out the 1UZ injectors and compare it with the 440cc. It fits.
