Default new bag light problem - code 15 and 41

After removing the neg battery cable and leaving it off overnight as recommended, I tried yesterday again to get the light to go out. Instead, a code 15 came up in addition to the code 41. I do not see what this code has to do with the bag light or the code removal process. The code 15 does not come up when checking for trouble codes per the instructions. I have tried again at least 50 times to get the light to go out- to no avail using the process posted. Any suggestions at this point would be appreciated. Thanks!

code 15 is Ignition no. 2 signal
code 41 is Throttle position sensor

it may be getting to be about time that you do your ECU capacitors, as this car keeps acting a bit crazy on its self-diagnosis

a word to the wise....

Default ECU repair

What place do you recommend for sending the ECU to fix the capacitor problems? Any idea as to cost? I would also like to obtain a cheap replacement-even if its probably got problems- to use during the repair, and to see if the same problems come up as my old one.

Default air bag update

I just did the bag lite dance again with no results. After doing this, a bright idea occurred. I unhooked the Trac black control on the throttle body. All my problem lights went out, including the check engine lite. That only leaves the 15 code on the air bag removal procedure. The air bag lite still stays on. Cowboy: Is this another sign that the black trac part is bad? I also have an extra throttle body with trac control that I am considering taking the black trac control part off and placing it on my throttle body. I have been reluctant to do this as I do not want to mess up my throttle body. Is this a good idea?

I am not a good one to ask on the old TRAC system, my specialties are ECU and A/C and transmission and electrical issues.
