Default ECU removal/replacement procedure

I have a 94 LS400 and need to replace the ECU with a refurbished unit. I can't see how to remove the cover under the glove box and don't want to break it trying. Can anyone offer any advice on this and other parts of this job?

Thanks
Phil

there are hidden fasteners, I just had to feel for them the first time, because I had no diagram, but you are in luck!

there is a diagram here in the first post of my ECU capacitor replacement thread
