Coolant Leak? What is this tube?

Wanted to post a final follow up after I continued to have a small leak.
Listen to LSCowboy and Timmy about needing to replace the o-ring!!! This was the source of the continual, small and slow coolant leak. The o-ring is a $3 part from the Toyota dealer and something that you should change if you are working with the coolant drain ****.
