Default need help 92 ls400

Ok so im new to the lexus sceen. I mean as far as working on them. So just to start I have a 92 ls400 with 91, 880 miles on it. I bought the car from another pivate seller for 1, 200. The car didnt run right so I changed the spark plugs, wires, dist caps, rotors, fuel filter and surpitine belt because it was cracked. It ran better but when I took it for a test drive there is no power for pulling out. Im pushing the pedal to floor and will get up to 45mph. The check engine light came on and it was code 54 so I replaced the knock sensors with oem ones. Still same problem. Now I have a code 14 and 54 again. The ecu looks to be good. And my coolant light is on. Any help or suggestion will be greatly appriciated!

Do you get good sparks?
It should be OK to spark about 1/3 inch or 8.5mm of an air gap at the ambient condition.
If not, you'd better to check the igniter and the ignition coil.

I also have seen many ECU capacitors look OK but the capacitance was too low and the ESR was too big. Replacing them fixed unusual problems as is written here by LScowboyLS.

Bingo. This is most likely the problem. I'd check the ECU again...for leaky capacitors, very popular problem with the earl LS'
