Question Paint and Suspension

I have a few dings in my paint and its really wearing poorly. I am interested in repainting my entire car all black of course, and i was wondering whats the best way of going about this without getting screwed but at the same time having a good quality paint job. Also whats the best way to lower my car (LS400) and still have the "Lexus ride". It doesn't have the air suspension. And what work am i going to have to do to the car in order to fit these 19" x 8" Axis wheels or these 18" x 8" SC430 wheels. Any and all help would be very appreciated, thanks in advance.

I have the '02 SC430 wheels on my '91 LS400. The tires shouldn't be larger/wider than 245/40/18 with Michelin Sport A/S othewise you're going to rub on the front part of the fender as well as off the wheel pivot arm. Hope this helps.

The ride is almost the same as with the original wheels/tires except it's a little more noiser due to lower profile tires. Otherwise, it still maintains the Lexus quality ride.

Definitely get the SC wheels over the Axis wheels...Axis make some crap knock-offs...
