Default 1998 LS400 Front Passenger Oil Leak

I recently went through and did a power steering system overhaul on the Lexus. Afterwards I cleaned the engine bay so I could watch for any new leaks. I noticed a small leak up front on the passenger side. I went through and snuggled up some of the valve cover bolts I could reach but not sure that’s the issue. Does anyone have any idea where I should start looking and researching to tackle this last leak?

is it an oil leak or an power steering leak?

since you touched the power steering system, it's likely related to the PS. did you replace the o-ring at the bottom of the PS reservoir as it enters the pump?
