SS exhaust
First off i want to say Hi to everyone here, I'm new to this club and just found it by surfing the net. i recently purchased a 94 LS-400 two tone pearl white anniversery edition and wanted to upgade to SS exhaust there are a few other things i'm goining to do but this is first on the agenda. it's stock so i want to get the best system upgrade for the car. i would like it to sound a little more then stock and definetly flow more exhaust without any restrictions, the big thing is maintenance free. do they make dual SS from the front (seperate pipes) to the back? i really don't want it joined into one and then split again for the duals. one more thing before i go can anyone here tell me where the hot spots are to get accessaries for this year car? like eyelids, chips, turbo, etc. i know japan has a lot but i like to order from a US importer

First off, I would recommend reading the following threads completely:

In the first thread you will notice that "TheLexusThatSmokedU" (TLTSU) is running true duals without even an H pipe. Generally, a properly designed system with a well engineered H, X, or Y pipe will pick up low end power without resticting top end. I haven't had a chance to see TLTSU's car yet but if it is as advertised... I am going to have a system made for my car out of plain old muffler shop steel. This will be inexpensive and allow me to try a number of different configurations and test the output. The main thing I want to do is keep my stock parts ready to re-install for warranty purposes. This means I need to buy or have made some flanges to fit the cat outlets and possibly even the header outlets along with O2 sensor fittings.

Thanks for the reply. i just learned alot about this exhaust system for a 2 valve per chamber head and makes a lot of sence. maybe i should just wait and see when all this test are done to know which is best! i really just wanted to pick up a complete high-flow SS system for the car and be done.
