The power windows of my 1992 Lexus ls400 are kind of stuck, right side will only come down pressing very hard the right side command. Sometimes the drivers side will also get stuck.
Could it be the main console on the drivers side?

If the passenger window comes down normally with it;s own button it points to the driver's control panel, they can be stripped down and cleaned or get a good secondhand replacement from a breaker.
